He was predeceased by: his parents, James Duke and Annie Duke (McIntee). He is survived by: his daughters, Sarah Duke of Los Angeles, CA and Stephanie Duke of Templeton; his siblings, John Duke (Wendy) of Cypress, TX, Jim Duke (Shannon) of Chesapeake, VA and Cathy Hofmann of Kingwood, TX; his cousin Bill Duke of Quebec, Canada.; and his former wife Suzanne Racette of Templeton.
