He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Bishop and Elvira Pais Bishop; his son Joseph; and his siblings, Patrick, Walter and Priscilla.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Kaplet Bishop; and his grandchildren, Caroline, Amanda Metell of Plymouth and Brendan Bishop of Falmouth.
