He was predeceased by: his father Frank C. Souza. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley A. Souza (Polillio); his mother Josephine L. Souza (Souza); his children, Laurie and Jason; his granddaughter Megan; his children-in-law, Jennifer Souza and Thomas Kotkowski; his son Sam Souza; his grandchildren, Julia Souza and Jeremy Freitas; and his siblings, Donna Mills and Alan Souza.
