He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Parker Jr. and Catherine Brown. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Parker; his sister Jane Harding; and his son Thomas Parker IV (Angela Parker). He is also survived by four step children, thirteen grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
