He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Norma Phalen (Mackenzie) and William Phalen; his wife Colleen E. Phalen (Roy); his children, Brandon Scott Phalen and Rebecca Lynne Phalen; and his brothers, Patrick and Michael Phalen. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Riendeau Mulvey Funeral Home (467 Bay St, Taunton, MA 02780). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the First Congregational Church (The Stone Church) (785 S Main St, Raynham, MA 02767). A burial will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at the St. Joseph Cemetery (475 E Britannia St, Taunton, MA 02780).
