Frates (Stefanie) of Taunton; his grandchildren, Kyle Maxim, Makayla Sevasin, Austin, Amber Buchanan, Jacob Reynolds, Kattie Botelho (Tavares), Kaccie Hobbs, Kristian Hobbs, Jeffrey Pires, Jr., Cameron Merkt, Destiny Aguiar and Benjamin Frates; his great grandchildren, Sophia Botelho of Ashton Botelho, Mi, Lynn Reynolds, Carter Merkt and Jasmine Tribou; his siblings, Phillip Johnson-Smith, George "Herb" Johnson-Smith, Dennis Tavares, Jerry Tavares, Charlotte "Chicki" Burgo, Rose-Ann Blanchard and Carole Tavares Medoza; and his grandson Jose Aguiar, Jr.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
