He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Tabak and Joan Tabak (Berube). He is survived by: his children, Nicholas and Jessica Tabak; his sister Lynda Tabak; his former wife Susan Tosti of Taunton; and his uncle Michael Tabak of Falmouth. He is also survived by several nieces, and nephews.
