He was predeceased by: his father Wallace E. Rugg; and his brother Kevin M. Rugg. He is survived by: his mother Patricia A. Nickerson (Fratus) of Taunton; and his siblings, Robyn Davis of Taunton, Randy Rugg of Taunton, Gregory Rugg of Taunton, Lawrence Rugg of Taunton and Ann Marie Pennington of Taunton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
