He is survived by: his wife Jean Costa (Seabrook); his children, Michael Costa (Jodie Toppi) of Taunton and Paula Crowninshield (Steve) of Taunton; his grandchildren, Lauren Costa (Kyle Terrien) and Mallori Costa (Gregory English); his great grandchild Rhett English; his stepgrandchildren, Caitlin DeSena, Taylor Billotte and Tyler Kingsbury; and his sisters, Anna Freelove and Carol Sylvia. He is also survived by four step great grandchildren.
