He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Levesque and Anna Levesque (Beauvais); and his siblings, Raymond, Robert, Rene and Francis.
He is survived by: his wife Madeline M. (Santos); his siblings, Joanne Devine of Taunton and Richard Levesque of Arizona; and his sister-in-law Helen Smith (Louis) of Taunton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
