He was predeceased by: his father Robert T. Phipps. He is survived by: his mother Esther M. Phipps (Bourget); his wife Rhonda L. Phipps (LaCombe); his sister Jessica Killion (Kevin) of Lakeville, MA; his pet Jax; and his cousin Thomas Pierce. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family.
