He was predeceased by: his parent Amato Mottola. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn P. Mottola (Hardy); his daughter Nannette M. Johnson; his son-in-law Steven P. Johnson of Taunton; his grandson Dylan J. Mackey; his great grandchild Landen Robert Mackey of Auburn, Maine.; and his siblings, Nina Salvo of Peabody, Diana Stanziani of Peabody and Richard Mottola of Peabody. He is also survived by brothers & sisters in law, many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, & grandnephews.
