He is survived by: his wife Joanne Hutchins (Sousa); his children, William M. Hutchins (Dianne), Matthew J. Hutchins (Andra) and Rebecca A. Davis (David); his siblings, Thomas Hutchins (Carol), Timothy Hutchins and Patricia Baker; his grandchildren, Bee, Billy, Kathryn, Lucas and Eliana; and his great grandchildren, Edith, Amira, Olive, Serayah and Lyndee Jo. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other extended family.
