He was predeceased by: his spouse Shirley J. Ferreira (Seekell); his parents, Serifin Ferreira and Mary Ferreira (Berthao); and his siblings, Charlie, Louie, Freddy, George, Eddie, James, Serifin, Joseph Ferreira and May Ventura.
He is survived by: his children, Raymond Ferreira of Taunton, David Ferreira (Lauren) of Taunton, Lola Silva (David) of Taunton, John Charles Ferreira of Lakeville, Peter Ferreira (Carole) of Taunton, Paul Ferreira of Taunton and Mark Ferreira (Jenny) of Bourne; his friend Bea Malone of Taunton; and his siblings, Robert Ferreira of Taunton and Evelyn Mastromarino of Taunton. He is also survived by 13 loving grandchildren and 7 great Grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 15th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the O'Keefe Wade Funeral Home (70 Washington St, Taunton, MA 02780). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 16th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the O'Keefe-Wade Funeral Home (70 Washington St, Taunton, MA 02780). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, September 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
