She is survived by: her children, Dennis Costa of Taunton, Jean Nadeau of Taunton, Ralph Costa (Linda) and Joseph Costa (Michael); her grandchildren, Jason, Brenton, Jeffrey (Jessica) and Robert (Kelly); her great grandchildren, Nicholas, Jake, Ashlynn and Kendall; and her siblings, Jean Simmons of Taunton and Madeline Boarman.
