She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James W. Medeiros and Maureen Ann Medeiros (Murphy); her son Philip Machado Jr. (Fallyn Carroca); her granddaughter Cataleya Machado; her siblings, Carrie Medeiros and James Medeiros (Katie Gifford Monohan); and her aunt Sheryl Corey. She was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
