He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Michael McCarty and Rena McCarty (Thereault). He is survived by: his siblings, Paul (Lamduan McCarty), Dr. Erin McCarty (Bill Brown) and Kyla McCarty Valcovic (John Valcovic); and his nieces and nephews, Tallulah Brown, Lily Valcovic, Rose Valcovic, Hunter Brown and Jack Valcovic.
