He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Flanagan (Coholan) and John J. Flanagan; and his brother John Flanagan. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Flanagan (Chase); his children, Mark J. Flanagan Jr. of Taunton and Anne-Marie Aguiar (Brian) of Gaithersberg Maryland; and his granddaughters, Gabrielle and Mia Aguiar. He is also survived by cousins, 1 nephew, 2 nieces and other extended Family.
