With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Maria A. Andrade of Taunton, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 30, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her spouse Hermano B. Andrade; her parents, Francisco M. Resende and Maria Ventura (DosAnjos); and her brothers, Alvaro Resende of West Warwick, RI, Luis Resende of Taunton and Jose Resende.

She is survived by: her children, Joseph Andrade (Diana) of Berkley, Eusebio Andrade (Cathy) of Norton, Hermano Andrade of Taunton, Michael Andrade (Olga) of Taunton, Donna Gomes (Fernando) of Taunton, Zelia Chaves (Breno) of Taunton, Olga Almeida (Tony) of Taunton and Lucy Heroux (John) of Taunton; and her sister Gabriela Torres (Joe) of Taunton. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren.
