She was predeceased by: her parent John B. Gonsalves; and her sibling Joan Perry. She is survived by: her spouse Richard E. Mallette Sr.; her parent Anna (Machado); her child Richard Mallette, Jr.; her brother Jack Gonsalves (June) of Taunton; her grandchildren, Matthew Mallette and Lyndsay Nobrega; and her great grandchildren, Madelyn, Hayley, Makayla and Camilla.

Donations in Lucille's memory may be made to the National Kidney Foundation, 209 W. Central St., Natick, MA 01760.
