She was predeceased by: her husband Paul S. Chappell, Sr.; her parents, Manuel Moniz and Edna C. Moniz (Correia); and her siblings, Dorothy Menice, Edna Mae Antunes, Maureen Hebert, Richard Moniz and Manuel Moniz, Jr..

She is survived by: her children, Loretta Chappell, Cynthia Morin (Denis), Paul Chappell and Richard Chappell (Nicole); her grandchildren, Jillian, John, Joshua, Jeremy, Jeffrey and Jenna; her great grandchildren, Addison, Harper, Reese, Shyann, Marcellus, Lukah, Lydia, Javian, Selena and Mikey; and her siblings, Eugene Moniz, Charles Moniz, Nancy Jones, Sandra, John Moniz and Bruce Moniz. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
