He was predeceased by: his wife Joanne R. Menard (Desrosiers); and his parents, Elizabeth Menard (Roskuska) and Leon Menard. He is survived by: his children, Joseph Menard (Rachael Marcotte) of Taunton and Stacey Giebel (David) of Taunton; his grandchildren, Jordan Menard, Jared Menard, Matthew Giebel, Jack Giebel and Alison Giebel; his great grandchildren, Troy and Grady Gunter; and his sister Marybeth Bourque (Claude). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family.
