He was predeceased by: his mother Elaine Fletcher; and his father-in-law David Konigsberg. He is survived by: his father Joseph Andrews; his wife Ilene Konigsberg; his children, Rebecca (Kevin), Allison, Katelyn (Aaron) and Rusty; his sister Nadine (William McDougald, Sr.); his niece Destiny; his nephew William McDougald Jr.; his mother-in-law Susan Konigsberg; his sister-in-law Ellen Konigsberg; and also Daylin Dufour. He is also survived by family members along with a host of other family members and many friends.
