He was predeceased by: his parents, Joao Goulart and Rosa Goulart (Machado); and his siblings, Maria Lacerda Goulart and Antonio Goulart. He is survived by: his wife Maria Goulart (Freitas); and his siblings, Mary Lou Goulart, Ana Goulart, Manuel Goulart, Liduina Goulart and Alexandria Goulart. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
