She was predeceased by: her parents, Joao Sousa and Maria DosSantos Araujo. She is survived by: her husband Antonio A. Correia; her children, Grace Wilson (Richard) of East Taunton, Zelia Brodeur (Steven) of Fall River, Paula Birge (Aaron) of Taunton and Tony Correia (Jennifer) of Raynham; her grandchildren, Mercedes (Robert), Brandon, Amanda, Ronald, Andrew, Emma, Jocelyn, Matthew, Evan, Cameron, Benjamin and Chistopher; her great grandchild Tatum; and her siblings, Manuel, Agostino Sousa of Canada, Maria Jose Correia of Taunton and Borges of Canada. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
Visiting hours are omitted and in lieu of flowers, Herondina's family has requested that donations in her memory be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation, 5005 LBJ Freeway, Suite 526, Dallas, Texas 75244.
