He was predeceased by: his son Jamie Olson; and his siblings, Mike Martinez and Helen Stone. He is survived by: his parent Frances E. Dougherty (Pina) of Plaistow, NH; his siblings, Anthony Martinez, Judith Martinez of Plaistow, NH and Timothy Martinez of Haverhill, MA; his godson Devin Martinez; his aunt Ellen Pina of Taunton, MA; and his family David Pina. He is also survived by nieces and a nephew.
