He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret "O'Neill" Boehner; his parents, Gerald Boehner and Anna Boehner (Masterson); and his siblings, James Boehner and Joyce Boehner Fuller.
He is survived by: his children, Frederick "Ted" Boehner (Marnie Cunniff-Boehner) of Raynham and Patricia Winslow; his son-in-law Jake Winslow of Rochester; and his grandchildren, Erinn, Brooke, Tessa and Brock.
