He was predeceased by: his wife Joan A. Tabak (Berube); and his parents, Frank M. and Mary A. Tabak (Sivicla). He is survived by: his children, Scott M. Tabak (Susan) of Taunton and Lynda L. Tabak of Taunton; his brother Michael J. Tabak of East Falmouth; and his grandchildren, Nicholas and Jessica Tabak.
