Francene L. Bragga Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Francene L. Bragga of Taunton, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 24, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John S. Bragga Jr.; her parents, Foster Ellis and Francelia P. Ellis (Doughty); and her siblings, Foster Ellis Jr., Allen Ellis and Sandra Ellis.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Rooney (Frederick) of Berkley, David Bragga of Seekonk and Robert Bragga of Taunton; her grandchildren, Julie Sunderland (Jamie), Nathan Bragga (Kaitlyn), Steven Keene (Laura), Victoria Buckley (David), John Bragga (Monica) and Nicole Bragga (Zachary Majors); and her great grandchildren, Gavin, Miles Sunderland, Charlie, Lucy, Benjamin Bragga, Leo, Sadie Keene, Dean, Fiona Buckley, Parker, Callaghan Gatens, Noelle, Brooke Bragga and Angel Majors. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 13th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Silva Funeral Home (80 Broadway, Taunton, MA 02780). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 13th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory made to Baking Memories 4Kids (https://www.bakingmemories4kids.com), a non-profit foundation that utilizes the money generated from cookie sales to help kids with illnesses make memories, would be greatly appreciated.
