She was predeceased by: her husband Robert A. Williams; and her parents, George A. O'Connor Jr. and Irene E. O'Connor (Dexter). She is survived by: her son Sean M. O'Connor; her granddaughter Delaney of Taunton Ma; her stepchildren, David, Steven, Keith, Debra and Cheryl; and her siblings, Maureen Chase (Herbert Chase) of Florida and George A. O'Connor III (Karen O'Connor) of Sturbridge Ma. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
