He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Gallego (Cardoza); his parents, Manuel Gallego and Elmena Gallego (Cambra); his son Leonard Gallego; and his sibling Francis.
He is survived by: his children, Rick Gallego of Taunton, Edward Gallego of Taunton and Beverly Gallego of Taunton; his grandchildren, Richard, Marissa, Julia-May, Amy, Jennifer and Leonard; his great grandchildren, William, Delaney, Victoria and Asher; and his brother Anthony Gallego.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts made to; American Cancer Society in Edward's memory would be deeply appreciated.
