She was predeceased by: her husband Richard J. Quagan; her parents, Francis Sr. Rose and Mary Rose (Cabral); and her sibling Francis Rose Jr.. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Kelly Wilbar (Lee), Lynn Haskins (Doug) and Diane Russell (Christopher); her great grandchildren, Abbey Wilbar, Zachary Russell, Christina Wilbar, Nicole Haskins, Bethany Wilbar, Maxwell Russell (Mimi), J. Haskins (Jillian Bowles) and Sarah Smith (Aaron); her stepgreat-grandson Gavin Smith; and her sister Loretta Carroll. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
