She was predeceased by: her father George Horton; her husband George DeCosta Sr.; her daughter Heather Andrade; and her brother Johnny Horton. She is survived by: her mother Bette Rivard; her son Justin DeCosta; and her grandchildren, Anthony, Candace and Justin Jr.. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
