He was predeceased by: his father Robert Sullivan. He is survived by: his mother Diana Sullivan (Ventura); his significant other Mother Diana Sullivan; his sister Patricia (Peter Medeiros) of Taunton; and his nieces and nephews, Matthew Medeiros of Boston, Jacob Medeiros of Seale, AL, Rachel (Medeiros), Kurt Gerold of Hull, Elijah, Margaret and Samuel Gerold.
