She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecelia C. Betlem and Raymond J. Lawrence; her stepfather Donald Van Volkenberg; her grandparents, Mary E. and James Grady; and her sister Elaine Livingston (Phillip).
She is survived by: her children, Mary E. Lemon (Richard J. Lemon Jr), Michael J. Levoshko (Kara Levoshko) and Patrick W. Levoshko (Danielle Levoshko); her former husband Leonard Levoshko; her brothers, Raymond J. Lawrence Jr., Bernard J. Lawrence and Nunny; her grandmother Baba; and her grandchildren, Melyna K. Lemon, Cecelia M. Levoshko, Noelle K. Lemon, Victoria P. Levoshko, Richard J. Lemon III and Alexander N. Levoshko. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Kay requested donations be made in her name to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute or St Jude Children's Research Hospital; or a rosary prayed for her.
