With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Bertha DaCosta of Taunton, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 8, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her brothers, Mario, Francis, Joseph and Raymond Rezendes; and her parents, Louis Rezendes and Virginia Rezendes (Pereira).

She is survived by: her husband Gil N. DaCosta; her children, Gil F. DaCosta (Kristine) of Taunton, James DaCosta (Samantha) of Lakeville, Joseph DaCosta of Taunton and AnnMarie Cosmo (William) of Taunton; her grandchildren, Jessica, Nathan, Kathleen, Brandon, Alissa, Eden Marie and Derren; and her great grandchildren, Logan, Matthew and Kiernan. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and beloved family members.
