She was predeceased by: her parents, Francisco Fernandes and Dolores Fernandes (Torres). She is survived by: her children, Stacy L. Murphy (Christopher) and Melanie J. Mead (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Robyn Ashley, Adam Misiaszek, Jolie Misiaszek and Colin Murphy; and her siblings, Patricia Chaffin (James) and Ronald Fernandes (Audrey). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
