Antonio G. Barbosa Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Antonio G. Barbosa of Taunton, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 15, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Barbosa and Ana Barbosa (Gomes). He is survived by: his wife Marcia Barbosa (Vieira); his sons, Anthony Barbosa, Jonathan Barbosa (Stephanie) and Phillip Barbosa (Georgia Moore); his grandchild Jaylen Barbosa; and his siblings, Manuel Barbosa (Maria), Miguel Barbosa (Gilena), Catarina Barros (Arlindo), Isabel Alves (Inacio) and Lidia Barbosa. He is also survived by his 26 nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Silva Funeral Home (80 Broadway, Taunton, MA 02780). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 8:30 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Anthony Church (126 School St, Taunton, MA 02780).
