He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph F. Rose and Georgina Rose (Mattos); his daughter Tina Vargas; and his brother John Rose. He is survived by: his wife Judith Rose (Kindberg); his children, Steven Rose (Dolly-Jean) of East, Kristine DaCosta (Gill), Susan Pacheco and Christine Rose; and his siblings, Norman Rose, Ralph Rose, Frank "Frankie" Rose, Joseph Rose, Eva Merrill and Hilda DeMedeiros. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and many great grand children; along with several nieces and nephews.
