She was predeceased by: her spouse Francis J. Sousa; her parents, Anthony Zappulla and Paulina Zappulla (Nasise); her son Paul Sousa; and her sister Rose Teixeira.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Burke of Taunton, Francis "Frank" Sousa Jr. (Ruth Soderberg) of Taunton and John Sousa of Assonet; and her grandchildren, Billy, Kara, Kelsy, Lindsey, Brittany, Paige, Christina, Renee, Arianna and Amanda. She is also survived by her family and friends.
