She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel Jose and Dorothy Jose (Campbell); her husband Daniel J. Chisholm, Jr.; and her sisters, Dorothy Lannigan, Carol Moss, Donna Rogers and Dianne Duarte.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel (Mark Jordan) of Manhattan, Brian (Mary) of Seekonk, Kevin (Laurie) of Lake Frederick, Virginia and Jane (Michael LeBrun) of Bridgewater; and her brother Robert Jose of Taunton. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
