He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Souza and Josephine Souza (Souza); and his brother Wayne Souza. He is survived by: his daughters, Heather J. Souza Tripp and Jessica M. Rose (Douglas); and his sister Donna Mills. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
