He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Blackburn and Marjorie F. Blackburn (Lee). He is survived by: his children, Andrea L. Eagan (John) of North Attleboro, MA and Robert Ryan Blackburn (Kelly) of Swansea, MA; his grandchildren, Emerson, Ryan, John and Phoebe; his sister Cathylee Hague of Swansea, MA.; and his pets, Dakota and Shiloh. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles, cousins, and a godson.
