She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Duchesne and Mary Duchesne (Borges); her son Derek Boler; and her siblings, Robert Duchesne and Rose Ferreira.
She is survived by: her husband Warren A. Boler; her sons, George Carvalho of Virginia and William Crowley, Jr. (Melanie) of Swansea; her siblings, Joseph Duchesne of New Hampshire and Diane Medeiros of Tiverton; and her grandchildren, Kerri Dirocco, Joy Cabral, Kimberly Alfonso, Shainna Barber, William Crowley, III, Shelbi Crowley, Megan Fitzgerald and Jonathan Crowley. She is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
