She was predeceased by: her husband John W. Douglass Jr.; and her brothers, Lewis and Robert. She is survived by: her children, John III, Stephen, Jeffrey (Renee), Scott (Stacy), Timothy (Malinda), Thomas (Anne), Heidi (Mark), James (Luciana) and David Anderson (Janee). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
