He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Ann Ashton (Costigan); and his parents, Harry Ashton and Lillian Ashton (Burke). He is survived by: his children, Charles R. Ashton and Kim Fernandes (David); and his granddaughters, Alyssa Aubut (Chris) and Jessica Rapoza (Chad). He is also survived by 4 great granddaughters, and several nieces and nephews.
