He is survived by: his wife Judy (Luiz); his sons, Carlos Da Silva Jr. (Carolyn) of Swansea and Brian Da Silva (Leslie) of Bristol, RI; his siblings, Natalia Da Silva and Duarte "Eddie" Da Silva; and his grandchildren, Dominic, Alexis and Ariana.
