He is survived by: his parents, Harold Lee Stephens and Arla Stephens (Tonz); his wife Lonnie; his children, Lynda Stephens of Swampscott and Thomas J. Stephens (Sue) of Swampscott; his brothers, Richard Stephens (Joan) of Florida and Steve Stephens (Fran) of California; his sisters-in-law, Elaine Stephens of New Jersey and Ann Casey of Ohio; his grandchildren, Sarah Stephens Tennant (Tyler), Allison Stephens, Melissa Stephens and Thomas E. Stephens; his great grandchild Madison Tennant; his husband Austin Casey; and also Naples. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
