She was predeceased by: her parent Richard McIntosh; and her sibling Sally Birchmore. She is survived by: her parent Priscilla McIntosh (Merritt); her significant other Rene; her wife Janet Warden of Lebanon Maine; her brother-in-law Ronald A. Birchmore of Danvers; her nieces and nephews, Andrew, Matthew, Philip Oliver Ashley and Kelly Birchmore; and also Sandra G. Warden (Kevin) of Lebanon Maine.
