Selma G. Schneider Obituary

In loving memory of Selma G. Schneider of Swampscott, Massachusetts, who departed this world on July 2, 2024 at the age of 99. Selma leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Though Selma may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Selma touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by: her husband Gilbert Schneider; her brother Richard Berman; and her parents, Elias Berman and Edith Berman. She is survived by: her children, Leslie Hooker and Joanne Shursky (Stanley); her grandson Eric Hooker; and her sister Eleanor Levy.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in Selma's memory to Shriners Children's Boston.
